I would like to bring to your attention the excellent service that I received recently from Princess. I has lost my pressure valve for my pressure cooker and couldn’t cook without it, so when I got home I googled Tissolli, called their number and got through to Princess who promptly and professionally assisted me. She took down my address and contact particulars and a few days later we received a new pressure valve by courier at no cost to us. This lady is an absolute asset to your company. You cannot have a better person to meet clients that walk through your metaphorical front door. If I had still been a CEO or MD of a public company at this point, I would have made her a job offer without even interviewing her.
